Some of you may or may not know that I am the biggest Willie Nelson fan to ever walk the face of the earth!!! Have been for 35 years. Here is a nice article titled 12 Reasons Willie Nelson would be the Ultimate Smoking Buddy. Made me smile for sure, and brought back memories of my early ambitions of being a Willie Groupie. Hell, I still have that ambition.

Hope the link works.

I managed to get to 3 of his concerts in my life time. Regrettably, I never got to a Highwaymen concert. That would have be the ultimate Willie experience.

When I lived there The Armadillo was the place where things happened. That was before Austin City Limits.

My wife starts listening to the pretty paper Christmas cd the day after ThanksGiving,by the time, the holidays are over,I am about ready to pull My pig tails out.She just loves loves loves, her Willie.AaaahhhhhOMG,and the Holidays are fast approaching.

Yup..played Pozo Saloon in my area ( Dylan played pozo too as they both appreciated small theater...

A smart women indeed. My husband is sick of getting his hair cut. He is on disability and doesn't work so I told him to grow it out and wear a ponytail, maybe eventually pigtails. He accused me of just wanting to make him look like Willie.

Absolutely. Love Dylan too. He was a little before my time, but I had a brother eight years older than me. I learned to appreciate Dylan at a very young age. My friends thought I was weird. haha
