White House Warns: Fed Crackdown on Recreational Marijuana Coming

Thanks for the links everyone. My hope is that they use up their time and money building the wall (Trumps pet construction project_what a waste except for the construction outfits that get the contracts) and fighting the cartels. Those two things alone will end up using a vast majority of funds that the DOJ and DEA need for hunting down and prosecuting recreational and medical MJ folks. fingers crossed.
 
Just a heads up. Other than my medical plants I been growing, I have done absolutely nothing else that would get me a visit, but was just told the PD was looking for me and just got off with phone with them and since its not my local dept, the only other would be the higher ups and most likely my plants. If this is the case, be fore warned. Especially if I don't respond again.
 
I grew up getting high in the 60's and 70's in upstate New York while the Rockefeller drug laws were in effect. Maximum penalty for possession with intent was life in prison. The feds were not the only ones that wanted to stop all marijuana possession. I am not making light of everyones concerns with the uncertainty of what is happening now but for me it is important to keep a sense of perspective. IMO, the states that it is legal (both medical and personal) will not let the Fed's force a change in states laws for 2 reasons. First the states that have legalized marijuana are making a whole s**t load of money. The surest way to tick off a politician is to try to take a cash cow away. The second is states rights. It will be hard for the current administration to force a change in state law after one of their stated reasons why they won, is they want stop the growth of big government. The fed's telling the states what to do has never gone over well with the states. My opinion only.

If the PD had anything they would just bust your door down!. The fact that they contact you indirectly tells me they have NOTHING unless you say something. SAY NOTHING do not even talk with them.
 
So far yes, but not sure what on earth is going on. My PD has no clue who in uniform came and made it fully clear had they needed me, they know where I live lol. Fact someone in uniform asking my neighbors where I live when it's in the system/database is a bit unsettling. Its 1:49pm and all's well, so far.
 
Thanks LuckyAcres. If I hear anything I'll let you know, if I don't respond after a long time, well know why. I just hope its nothing. When I quit Home Depot years back, I was so glad to never have to wear that disgusting orange clothing anymore. Last thing I want is to be forced to wear it again, even if it is free ;)
 
NebulaHaze What is a PC, and why would they do something like that? I was thinking after verifying that it wasn't the authorities, that more than likely, its someone casing my house trying to see if anyone is home or not. Either way, I took precautions to keep my kids safe just in case,
 
Yes, definitely could be someone just trying to find out if you're home, that's a common burglary tactic!
 
Found out this morning what all the chaos was about yesterday. Turned out it was someone from my kids school district trying to get around my attorney and restraining order which is most likely going to cost them their job because this was done all off record and the feds are now looking into it. I'll fill you in on the details in a bit.
