When was your first grow?

Mine was in 1971 in a coffee can from bag seed. I got really paranoid and trashed the plant after a couple of weeks. Oh that oppressive society!:mad:
 
In 1995 my friend and I planted some bagseed in a clearing in some woods. They sprouted and grew a few inches. We went to water them and they were gone! Eaten by something, we think deer... they probably never would have done much anyway... we thought water and dirt would grow it just fine.
 
I threw a seed in the ground and grew a plant in 1969. But I didn't seriously start until 2010. When I could do it legally.
 
2014, 'Bubbleponics' set up, grew four healthy MALES from bag seed, live and learn!

I think it was in 66 I had to burn it down we had a nice fire. I got drafted and left the next day. No money for collage or Canada! Some good weed in Nam!!!! Brought back a duffel bag full. Peace out
 
My first grow was in 2006 closet grow and it was def top 5 WORST weed I've ever smoked lol I've come so far
 
Back in early 70's when I was temporarily living in family home basement, being a little precocious, I started a plant (without parents permission) in small enclosure. Came home one day to a pretty much dead 3 week old. Questioned my father....turns out he just gave it a strong dose of aspirin in water instead of confronting me. Lesson learned. 40 or so years later discovered GWE for an official "first" grow. 😊 So looking forward to the future experiences with cannabis!!

Not sure if this counts, but the first time my friend and I "grew" a plant we were 14 and sneaking out at night. We went into this one families garden and put some seeds down with the rest of what he was growing. We came back to check on them every few nights. They got about 6" before they disappeared. Damn, we were deliquents!
 
In 1996 I planted some bag seed and put it in a little hidden door on my entertainment center that way my parents wouldn't find it. Set up aluminum foil and wired a light and lock the door they were doing great until the wiring caught fire and almost burned down the entire entertainment center luckily I was home and stoped the fire lol. I've gotten a lot better since then hahaha
 
Played Johnny pot seed around eastern Kansas summer 1972. Planted thousands of bag seed in fields everywhere. Found one 2 foot tall plant in the fall. It was fantastic.
 
in 183 we where smoking what was called Afghanistan it was great the kind when u smoked a j it had tar on end of it on fingers mouth a bunch of us started growing it come winter time every boby hah lots to smoke no brick weed for me
