No rest for the wicked! Right? It's when it get's tough one's gotta step it up and push through even tho it's hard. What a cliché ..

Yhelloooo fellow growers! Turned light timer 10/14 to finish this seed factory headacke before i leave on the 6th. Got a bit cooler and damp than on 12/12 with 14hours off, and the plant furthest away from the heater had to put on the anthocyanin antifreeze turing some leafs black, so thats kinda cool. Some of the longest colas are almost 2ft! Possibly full of seeds tho.. Few plants are about to drop their seeds allready and I think and hope I atleast slowed down the polination, others plants seem less "seedy" but gotta look inside... Will be putting them in dirt everywhere i go so that it's a green trail after me with a time delayed release. Also put a herm in a southern window 3 weeks ago and it seems to be enjoying it there bulking a tad on sunny days, for sure autoflower seeds so i guess overkilling it with 10 hour days in the growroom. Just wanna finish this up now getting tired of all the work it takes to do the cut-spray-dry routine cus the nanners doesn't take the day off. Just wanna start over and do it propperly.

Seed factory update

Okay so most of em respect the sissor water fan treatment and gave in, while others just got furious with raging nanners popping out again and again. So took 4 branches off this morning, sprayed them before cutting. First of all i wanna know the seed/bud ratio, and secondly the cured fanleafs ran out a few days ago and I refuse to buy stuff thats originates from internatinal cartels. .

Was much easier to check the trichomes with the hand held 100x when it wasn't attached to the plant, about 10% trichomes on calyxes are cloudy with a few single dark scatted randomly. Trimmed off fan leafs and everything without trichomes and put it in the oven on 120F for about 2 hours, took it out, glassed it for 2 hours, the moisture redestributed cut off stem and gave them 45 min more in the oven and it was ready..Burned poorly with black ash, had to blend it with tobacco to get it going right and MAAAN did i get immobilized!! It hit me in the face like Muhammed Ali, was totaly stunned, mind blown mental couch lock with heart pounding in the chest, felt like it was a dream, coordination down the drain haha it was just like smoking for the first time!! Read about Black leafed cannabis today and some of the strongest psycadelic strains are black, link at the bottom. With 10% trichomes cloudy and rest clear, not my kind of high that's for sure. Keep in mind the the stuff on the streets here is bone-dry and rock-hard donkey-SHit from Africa. I'm not used to potent pot. Guess it will be a more comfortable high in a couple of weeks and with additional weeks on glass.

Samples
Most per 1g - 30 seeds - 0.3g
Least per 1g - 11 seeds - 0.1g

I've seen worse

I doubt it's any comfort, but those are some really nice looking seeds!

The time when you harvest makes a HUGE difference in the effects. When you harvest early it tends to be more "speedy" and have a more psychedelic effect, which it sounds like it did for you. If you wait until the trichomes are all cloudy with some amber trichomes, you get much more relaxing buds. Curing for a few weeks makes them even more smooth!

Sounds good! Will put some in soil right now and get some garden plants ready for summer. Can't wait for the effect to transform, the punch was allready there it just needs some final time consuming tuning :)

Setting
-Finaly back on the couch with my mouth partialy open after clocking in 74hours last week.
-Second round of quality assurance procedures implemented in accordance to previous risk assessment of April 18th.
-Deep Purple ----> Machine Head LP spinning for a smooth transition from active to passive lifestyle. Will follow up with Stones and probably end up with Rush
-Inner monologues about nutrients, flushing and the 10/14 light cycle. Questions spawning.

Thoughts
After changing the lightcycle to 10hour days things started to happend rapidly, looking more and more ripe everyday; hoping they won't finish too soon. Leaves starting to turn yellow and flower growth seem to be slowing down. When the incident with too much heat made plants drink too much and getting nitrogen claw in the middle of flowering, I cut back on the N. This week the problem caught up, light leaves moving upwords and some plants got pale surgarleavs aswell.. Gave them what i THINK is the last nutrient dose today and added a small dose of N.

Sampling
Ready for the experience, totaly stoked that I can discover weed again! It's like a new drug because what I'm used to smoking is of very poor quality. Between 50-70% cloudy trichomes on top colas lower buds a bit behind. Took a lower branch from the same plant as last time, got to mature a bit closing up on 50% cloudy. Amazed how sticky it is with trichomes everywhere. Inside. ounder leaf. STOKED! Still burning slowly, black ash and a bit rough on the lungs but the effect was there for sure. Reconing flushing will help with getting that ash white and improving the taste. Was laughing at stupid comercials and constantly forgetting what i was doing, spun off with guitar improv and created some cool stuff that only exsisted in that moment of time. More enjoyable high allready. And I was braced for the intensity this time.

-5-15 seeds per gram, can't BELIEVE there aren't more seeds!! :) And they're small aswell compared to other i've encountered. The big lottery is checking the status inside colas.. Time will show.

Questions
-I do not want to move plants at all with the nanner problem, is it possible to only give fresh PHed water for the last 2 weeks without runoff instead of flushing the normal way?
-How far away from finish would trained eyes forsee? Will add individual pictures at the bottom
-If they finish before the 5th, can I cut the main cola off and lower the light to match the height of lower buds letting them mature abit? Would also open for splitting up the trim job into two sessions..

Wow that was quite the rambling. 1 joint 5 hours later and finaly landing and finishing this post.

Cheers and tokes!

Your words are so kind! Greatful for the input Tika, submited a few just now :) The "hipster" movement is huge where I'm from, people making beer in their basements, sauerkraut in the kitchen and growing potatoes on balconies etc., preferably in a major city at the 10th floor or higher. This has resulted in a psychiatric category for these who doesn't get the attention and approval of their hard work and dedication, and all your positive feedback cured me before this condition even occured! Thank you :)
