What's wrong here?

pH is 6.2 water. I just can't get the soil to lower below 6.7

If this is in soil then, Pretty much everything is absorbed between 6.0-7.0 and it isn’t until you get out of that range you have problems.
The leaf in the pic shows classic pH fluctuation pattern.
A pic of the whole plant may tell a different story.

6.7 is fine

I should stay consistent on the water pH. I know I'm adjusting and watering the plants at pH levels from 5.9 to 6.3. strange thing is that this plant is the only one of 3 showing this kind of distress.
