What's this on my buds?

I have this on my buds, I am cutting the plant down and see this. I hope its not mold, I don't know how it can be, its not bad, just on a few places. I have 48%RH in my tent, its been in the 50's but that's it. If its something to worry about please advise!

Well, I would separate the good from the bad, don't let them near each other_dry them in different areas and then put them into different jars. Sterilize everything with rubbing alcohol _especially sizzors, and use a clean surface every time and wear food preparation gloves so you don't spread it around by accident. Once they are very dry see what happens_ and like Kingfish recommended_ don't smoke it....not until you've confirmed what's happened. It definitely looks like mold....not like spider mites or mildew or some other pest.
It seems like you shouldn't have mold with a humidity of less than 50% but if your temps are below 70 you could be encouraging its development, even if they got wet just once. If the "infected" buds in the jars keep getting worse its mold for sure .Don't even smoke the ones that look OK... yet_ it could really mess with your lungs and maybe get a lot worse. Break open some of the big buds to see if there is any bud rot inside.
If you have other plants get them into a different place to dry. If its on the outside only and is rubbing off as you trim then its also likely to be mold. Its sporadic because all the buds are not infected...yet. Dry the heck (being PC her with the vocabulary) out of them and follow any recommended treatments in GWE tutorial.
For future reference _always prep your grow space throughly. After a grow is finished I vacuum the entire area. Spray it down with a light bleach solution let that sit until its dry (close off the area so you don't breathe the fumes). Then vacuum the area again. After that spray again with a less toxic mold deterrent like any of the ones in the GWE tutorials. If your grow space has any bare wood_ walls, floors , beams, ceiling etc. make sure you paint all surfaces well after treating with bleach_bare wood is a haven for mold even it it gets just a little damp. I hope for your sake that I'm wrong, but be careful and good luck!

Just thought about something else_ I'd look into this very carefully first_ maybe_ and I mean maybe_ even if they are infected you might be able to cut some of your losses by taking the cured bud_ cured very dry_ then put it through the "how to make dry ice hash" tutorial. Maybe the first run through the fine mesh bag would be OK to smoke if the dry ice kills all the mold (its really cold and I don't think there's much that could survive those temperatures for long. It that does work then it might not taste so great but it might still get you high without killing you.
BUT THIS IS ALL JUST A "PIPE" DREAM_ at this point_ I have zero experience in this regard_try to get some more comments from others with more experience first. Err on the side of caution_ that's the best I can say.

He said it pulls off. mine were outdoor, I'm pretty sure they were some kinda lil cacoon. it was more in the center of a bud her and there. I found a cattipiler or 2.if the inner bud is not turning brown, it's not mold.

Don't forget the importance of air flow within your canopy.

Since mold can spread quickly, you can't be too cautious. Good ideas ZZ
