What is your biggest question about growing cannabis?

Wow that's alot of amber! I enjoy the narcotic like effects too.. But I took a Zkittlez Auto from ILGM 2 - 3 weeks longer than I should have. And it was awful.. I was starting to wonder if I was sold a CBD strain or something even the taste was gone.. In my defense.. She kept producing foxtails on top of foxtails.. Weirdest bud structure I've ever seen.. Almost like it revegged for a week or something idk lol she started spittin out nanners and everything.. But another time when I harvested an Early Lemon Berry from Ethos, it was all milky/cloudy.. Hardly any amber.. And paranoia was the main effect I got from that strain.. Although.. I hadnt smoked in months at the time.. Could have just been the "first time paranoia" type thing.. Idk.. But it did get me high af.. I think Im gonna just go for mostly cloudy.. But with just a hit of amber lol.. Been 4 years nonstop and I still can't get it down to where I like it.. But I'll be damned if I give up!

Hello, can you tell me is she ready to harvest. Its my first grow, readed a lot but dont want to ruin my plant at the end. Thank you!
P.S. the bud on the photo is not the biggest one, it was closest to the door(growing in warderobe :D ).

No it's not ready and i don't know how much longer it will be. We get dozens of the same question a day......we say the same thing everytime........get a jewlers loupe and read about the different ranges of ripeness in the trichomes. All to 99% of those white hairs need to dry turn orange. Show the whole plant

I'd say you have several weeks to go. The last pic has nice frost, I see clear trichs. You want the pistils to be more darkened and curled in than straight white ones. Your buds have some fattening up to go. The top pic the top buds look kind of close to your light, you might have to address that while you wait for harvest time. I grow in a closet also. A year ago I was just about harvesting my first grow, the wait seems like forever but it's so worth it. What strain are you growing, and how strong is your light? I wouldn't remove any more leaves but it looks like you've done your homework. Patience, and good luck!
 
Hi, im using led “blurple” lamps from aliexpress 2x”50W” (with actual power 25 per lamp) and one UV gived me from a friend around 20W(im not sure is it working for something different than heat), hope soon to buy real tent, lamps and exhaust system. The seed is from weed we smoked before. Lights from 4 days are on 10/14 (were 12/12). If someone can give me advices in my journey, i will be thankful. Good luck all of you.

Hi, not sure why you switched to 10/14. Light is so very important, seems like 12's would be more beneficial. The UV is used differently, IIRC. I've upgraded lights twice already, my first grow was 3 bag seeds from dispensary weed, very good strain and nice yield. I had two blurple LED panels that were sufficient in watts per space but full spectrum is much better. I started my vegging under a grow bulb in a hanging lamp shade before I bought the LED panels, I understand the start up costs. If you have any florescent fixtures or can buy a grow bulb to supplement it should help fatten your buds.
 
This is a great forum and group of growers, very helpful BUT we all read and read and watched videos and read some more before and while growing. I read most posts on here and have learned a lot from others' experiences. The main GWE site can answers most of your questions. Nobody makes fun but they aren't paid teachers, just growers trying to help other growers who've done their homework. Peace and good luck.
 
Look for " true watts from the wall " . Go with a leader in LED it's not hard come on man with a screen name like " engineer" one would think you have some knowledge or have done reading about grow lights.
 
Believe me, I know very well what you mean, readed a lot of things too, just wanted to hear suggestion for brand or product from a growers with experience(that i wont have soon),
Today I went to the local growshop and they recommend me LED California SolarXtreme 250W (was the cheapest LED in the store) or CFL Elektrox DUAL 125W, one of this plus grow tent 60x60x160. The LED looks too expensive to me, what you think is better for a new hobby grower.
 
Forget the local shops LED, and the CFL! If I were looking for another LED it would be either a Spider Farmer or another Mars Hydro, both of these have done well for folks, and there is a right up on them here.
 
It's your thinking which is wrong but hey what do we know. Keep trying to figure out your cheap ways few dollars more you'd have a better deeper light.
