As usual I agree with DAAS and Tika. Bud rot likely. Is it wide spread? If not, you might be able to get ahead of it. Ruthlessly cut bad buds back and be careful what you touch. It spreads quickly and easily. Get that humidity down too.

Is it just the one bud? It could be just as you said, light burn.
