what are the big round bulges, on the stems??? i haven't seen them like that before!

i have a led grow panel 13" with full spectrum and 225 LEDS
I HAVE 2 plants going right now entering week 7! first week in 12/12! just waiting for them to reveal their gender
i have a passive exhaust system with a fan for air flow
im doing LST training on my plants

This is completely normal and a sign of good health. They are starting to "knuckle up" in the areas that the plant see fit to reinforce due to the stress training. It's building mass in areas where it perceives it needs to help hold up its weight. I've also seen this happen whenever I purposfully break a branch and let it heal.
