I hear you. It's easy for people in cities to ignore the effects humans are having on the planet, but if we don't start changing our habits, the next thing we know there won't be wild parts outside the cities to see anymore :(
 
The northern lights are lovely! They always remind me that there are bigger things going on out there in the universe.
 
just happened upon this by accident. weasel, i knew you were remote but not THAT remote. i am so sorry. that must be such a downer to deal with on a daily basis. you really are on the front lines. man, i'm sorry.

oh, and my original comment to the topic itself was that i too have random, weird trouble using the site with safari, so much so that i dloaded firefox and can use it only to post... it's kind of a pain bc everything else i do is in safari, so it makes it that i have to do my forum ish "all at once" whereas if i could use safari easily i would be able to check in more frequently.

finally, this is not forum forum related but forum inbox related. over the last 2+days my inbox has done all the of the following: showed my regular messages, showed i had NO messages, not stored not sent, as if i had never messaged. showed only say the last 3 of the current message exchange. very very frustrating, especially if you're getting help from someone via PM.... i STILL don't have my full inbox but ihave enough of the most recent items to "make do". thank you, nebula, for all you do and for starting the forum. it's a really cool really good place.
 
Yeah the first time I seen it I laughed my ass off!!! I love humor, as it makes for a good day. Like I always say " If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?" Now if I could get my wife to dress like that at the beach ! LOOK OUT THERE IS A LEAD BALLOON FLYING OVERHEAD!!!!! HAHAHAH
 
Well she may not want to go topless at the beach, but I'll bet she loves your sense of humor and parodic feminism!!!
