pH/EC doesn't matter as much like this because in reality you are just correcting for deficiencies caused by pH.
Temp 55F-95F depending on humidity and ventilation try and aim for 72F. They can get as low as 24F and as high as 110F.
Humidity between 16% and 40%. I have seen 8%-70%, high humidity fluctuation and dead dry growth increases powdery mildew spread.
I highly recommend these as nutrients.

Use this to mix/water
1perlite : 2-4 part soil depending on pot size or type and to achieve enough drainage to water once every 1-3 days depending on day repotted. More perlite = dry out quicker which translates to less root rot. You can find both of them cheaper at your local garden center.
29% H2O2 10ml/ga recovery watering, 7-10ml/gal clone watering to prevent rot (this solves 75% of cloning problems)
Age Old Grow which contains micronutrients | about 5ml/gal every water veg 1-2ml/water bloom
Age Old Bloom which contains micronutrients | ~1ml/gal veg/ seedling stop when rooted(promotes root growth in small amounts), 5-0ml/gal starting bloom 10-15m/gal ending bloom
Iron (which contains other micronutrients)1-2ml/gal every water 5-10ml/gal if seeing deficencies (light yellowing) in newest growth. | 5-10ml/gal when entering bloom
Surfactant Use every water 1ml/gal switch between this and coco-wet 1-2ml/gal.
CalMg (any calmg should work fine may contain Fe in which case lower your iron usage.)
Your pots should be big enough to water starting once every 3 days down to once a day, wait a few days and repot. If you prune all the bottom growth and form a nice structure (Peach Tree Pruning) your plants will direct the energy to where the most direct light is hitting them and not shading the meristems.
Make sure to order a tray with some sort of grate on top to ensure proper drainage when watering (you always want lots of runoff then let it dry out) and prevent standing water.
Washing and rinsing pots between re-pots in a 10% bleach solution will kill off root rot spores that can last for years.
