Watering with a "Screen of Green"

I am a new grower using the screen of green method. I am looking for the best technique for watering my plants that have grown wider than the pot sides, and my screen is lowered in place. With everything set up like this it seems difficult to water without drowning the leaves themselves in water. Any advice?

Attach a hose to the end of your water can. Use some duct tape to attach it. And shoot the hose in between the branches. Voila!

Get a 3/5gal spray bottle with a wand on it. Can probably get it from home depot or something like that in your local area. I use them when poisoning certain weeds outside in the yard.
Something like in the link I included. You can adjust the nozzle to get the water to come out differently or take the nozzle off the end of the wand all together. You can also get versions that you can wear on your back like a backpack.

I just make sure to leave 10 -12"' of space between the pots and the screen, so I can water the pots the normal way. Otherwise if it's too crowded, I have an autowatering system for vacations I can turn on if feeling lazy. Or use a long necked can or siphon. It's really best to have some operating room under the screen though - for many reasons.

All good ideas . green seems to have tons of experience with what's on hand . for me I've always thought pvc pipes ran across the tops of the pots with holes drilled in and a funnel to dump water worked fine as a drip system.redneck af but works

You can also make individual screens that are attached to each pot, making the pots fully moveable. This has many advantages in easing scrog claustrophobia. In this pic of my flowering room the four plants on the right side are all scrogged each with a screen about 2'x2'. At other times I have eight screens in use, four per side (obviously )

To access the three farther ones I remove the one in the closest corner and put it on top of my drying box or one of the reservoirs.
The white pipe running to the center of the grow is an autowatering system. The system works fine and was very easy to set up, but I find that I prefer watering by hand because I always need to get in there and tend to excess foliage and stuff. The more accessible you can make your plants the better because there are disadvantages to pouring water and nutrients into the pot blind, and not getting a chance for close up and personal inspection of what happening down there.
