Update on my grows

So I just wanted to post some updated pictures. Weed porn for all! I am not going to post too many details unless you guys really want them but I will say 6/10 of the flowers are at week 8 I think and they smell amazing. I will be transplanting the rest of the girls into the final pots probably in the next few days. Feel free to ask if you have questions. Tips and advice are welcome too. Happy growing everyone!

Yeah only 20 pictures this time 😂 only 26 ladies this time around too. I have the advantage of living alone in a decent size 3 bedroom home and I take full advantage.

So it's been a while since I posted some pictures, figured it's time. Some of the ladies in the big tent were super cropped today. Still need to transplant most of them and separate the hydro again pretty soon but otherwise still going strong. I'm honestly thinking I like the LEDs more than the HID lights, at least for flower. Seems to be making fatter buds and the color of the whole plant seems darker, like the LEDs make the green come out more. It's pretty strange honestly. Plants are all healthy, except for a few saggy spots sometimes from under watering which fix themselves pretty quick after I water. Cut one of the girls down a few days ago. Was a little earlier than I wanted but I'm running out of weed from my last harvest so I figured I'd cut one and keep the other 9 going for a little longer.

Also finally took the unruly girl out to trim her up. Here's some defoliation before and after pictures from yesterday.

So I cut off a little of one of the girls about 4-5 days ago for a sample (same one I chopped down). Still have quite a bit of popcorn going on but the buds seem a lot more dense this time around, they're actually pretty solid. I must say I like this strain and can't wait for the cured product, eventually. There's no way I'll be able to smoke it all before at least a little bit of it is fully cured. I've only smoked about half a bowl and I'm already pretty ripped. I'll most likely be cutting down one of the girls every few days, for the next few weeks. That will empty a 4x4 for the beast and she'll be starting 12/12 hopefully within the next 2 weeks. Any longer and she may outgrow the space. Going to see how the girls in the big tent look in about a month and will probably be switching them over. I want a little more height out of them, maybe another 8-12". Some of them are already almost 24" tall but I'd like to take advantage of the space so I'm going to push it a bit. Maybe it's just the weed talking and things will change but for now that's the plan.

I know she does look the same. She's just really thick honestly. I took all the big fan leaves out, as well as some of the bud sites that wouldn't get much light. I threw out about half a kitchen trash bag worth of trimmings but at probably over 3 feet wide you can't really see through her still. I'll try to see if a top angle will show up better. Not taking her out this time though, that was a chore last time. The pictures aren't in the right order though so that doesn't help either.

Crammed my remaining 7 flowering plants into a single 4x4 and moved the beast in the other. It's going to be a tight fit but I think it will be manageable. Freed up some room in my 8x8 temporarily until I get the other hydro setup in there and get my transplanting done. I am in a dilemma though. I'm not sure whether I should take clones of the multiple strains I have going, or if I should just grow them and hope they sprout a seed here and there. I'm guessing since I got them all from bag seed they should give me a few seeds, especially if I stress them out a little bit. Getting a few from my Straight Lemonade still so I'm stocked up there. I would really like seeds from at least a few of the strains I have going so I don't have to make mother plants yet. What would you guys do? I don't feel like I have the room for clones right now, not for another month at least. I can make it work if I need to though I guess.

She's drinking 5 gallons of water every 3-4 days, it's crazy!

Reorganized and got my hydro separated finally! Was trying to push branches down a little bit on one and wishboned it so I tossed her. I really didn't feel like trying to put her back together and see if it hopefully holds. Still have to transplant soon but at least everything else is done so far. Even did a little super cropping which is why the hydro looks like that. Looks better in there to me now though.

The beast has started popping pistils everywhere. She's at 28" tall now and still going. So excited for this one, it will be my biggest yet! Tried to get decent pictures of her, including a top view of the manifold. I got the best picture I could given the height. Lights are at the max but I think it will be fine for a few still. I can make them higher if I need to but I don't think it's necessary yet. I'll post the other tents separately.

Down to 6 flowering, have a few weeks to go still. Seedlings are doing fine, probably going to transplant soon. Finally got the rest of my veg tent into the final pots. Probably going to give them 2-4 more weeks and I'll be flipping them. Not sure what I'm doing with the clone yet which is why it's still in the cup but it has roots.
