SoOrbudgal A house across the street sold in one day for over asking price, with two more offers waiting behind. It's the lowest possible interest rates driving the real estate sales. My best male friend is a realtor. I live in North Central Illinois, a town of 5,500 that I'd like to move out of, and my great grandfather was a founding father.

ZigZag Sounds like they're heading for another crisis like 2007-08, with the banks. Imagine when the rent moratoriums are over, there will be a lot more for sale. Rents are just too high so I think people are buying homes to live in here in order to live cheaper.
 
I was just told of a former bar/gambling place owner who had a Super Bowl super-spreader party at the bar. His son got COVID, he got COVID then he flew to AZ positive, flew back here to IL and is in ICU somewhere because the hospital in my town got hacked, majorly, this Sunday. Everything is done on paper, no radiology, no lab, no pathology, they transferred all ICU patients out because they almost killed two people, the ER is diverting to 3-4 different hospitals. Could take three months to fix. If there were any deaths in my town from COVID they were nursing home patients. A Veterans Home two towns over had a bad outbreak, same amount of residents and workers were + but many residents died. It's divided here, anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers vs the compliant people who are trying to help end this nightmare.
 
In my state the only home growers are the ones with medical weed cards. Rather sad, they need to make weed growing in the US like they did with home beer and wine making. You can brew 100 gallons per adult in the household per year. Notice not everyone is making beer and wine, right, it’s not for everyone and the government makes a ton of money on the majority willing to purchase the stuff.
 
My grow is proceeding with buds fattening and frost beginning. These sour diesel autos are 2 months from seed. The middle plant has recently developed what I believe is a calcium deficiency. All plants have been watered/feed on the same schedule, not sure why the middle one is the only one with symptoms? I believe what caused this was watering with mostly RO water. I am now adding Calimagic with watering.

I am also concerned that my runoff pH on all plants has consistently been between 6.0 to 6.2. I understand that calcium absorption is reduced at low pHs. I have been watering at pH 6.8-6.9 and feeding at pH 6.4 to 6.5. I am in 5 gal pots and alternating between watering and feeding every three days.

Any suggestions on the next month’s treatments would be most welcome!

All because people can’t stay at home and figure out it’s actually helping to stay away from people. Good thing about Europe is my parents and grand parents lived through the occupation by the nazis and it was way harder that lockdown in Denmark and other places in Europe. My parents are laughing about all the young people who can’t grow a spine and they feel pity for all the anti maskers, who is actually the ones who are spreading this around. The sooner people acknowledge that this isn’t going away before everybody starts to act in a certain way, then yea. People will Lose their small businesses and go bankrupt. This could have ended last year if people just started to listen and didn’t sit on Facebook all day for reading conspiracy theories.....
 
There's just so much wishy washy laws being passed in my area. My local walmart will remain open at full capacity with people filed up, lined up, and packed in the stores, yet all of the smaller businesses attatched to the same building get put under heavy restriction or are straight up closed. There seems to be no hard and fast rules here. It's the wild west and large businesses are winning.
 
Back in very early 2020 when we started really hearing about covid it reminded me of the Spanish flu. By March my state was going into lockdown. By April just about everyone was working from home or not working at all.
Then I came across this article and thoroughly read it. I always liked history. I shared it with family, friends and co-workers and said, you watch history will repeat itself. They laughed and said we would go back to work in a couple weeks. Couple weeks later they were asking what my current thoughts were and I repeated, history will repeat itself. Man never learns from history.

House prices are soaring because building supply's went though the roof a 2x4 went from 1.23 to around 5ish , what I want to do is find a nice piece of property then tear down my barn and use it to build a single floor house
 
its hard to take this seriously we only hear about cases ,we only hear the numbers, it doesn't seem real because we dont see it but its real ,A friend of mine stopped by at the beginning of Dec. his mom went to a family thanksgiving dinner and died the first week of December , I am fed up I would like to do a lot of things but I dont risk it
 
Thank you. Budgal I have grown lots of strains, more than a dozen. The Purple Punch is the most potent I've ever had. I currently have some Acapulco Gold that's been curing about 28 days and it is great during the day. After 6 o'clock its the PP. Gets me relaxed and ready for bed. The Cheese is new for me. I always sample my grows as soon as I can (don't do that ,yeah I know) the little bit I cut off dried out and its smell brought back memories of the first weed I had that was called skunk. The smoke brought on a feeling of well being and euphoria. Might have another winner here.
 
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!!

My girls are moving into week 2 of flower. Recovering well and stretching out. I picked up these single ring tomato supports. They are definitely helping with LST. I train branches to grow on either side of the ring. I topped the Triple XLs twice and they took well to it. I can see daily growth on them. The backside of the tent I have 2 green cracks growing. One I topped and the other im only using LST. They both are growing nicely for me.
