"Get Fuzzy"
Thanks for your compliments and staying around🙃

As I said in honeysticks post...A long weekend with strange weather. Tent ladies are doing good 15 days from flip, have to feed after work, regrew their fan leaves a plenty, lots of sweet little bud sites in the stretch. Feeding ideally every other day 1.5 per 5 gal pot...Demanding beasts. The 2 Jock horrors maintaining the outdoor life as best I can provide- since we had Mimi snow flurry , 55mph wind, and 35 degree nights...They are pissed but vertical. Will see them through.
Ready for some silent conversations with my plants😊
love to you all

PuravidaC I find the high in edibles very different than smoking/vaping. I always cough from both/hate that but prefer the high. I can't eat my own cookies...I gift them. Tincture I like and gummy bears ( little ones) I like too. It's a pain in the ass but once you get it down you have stock inyour freezer. Cookies + all in freezer/ preserves trichomes.
Cookies - my plain sugar cookies...Yield about 13 dozen + ....With 2+ ounces bud/kief mix to 1.5lb unsalted butter, slow brew in Crock-Pot.
Gummies call for working in time with the heating after decarbing ( kind of like working in watercolor-gottastay in the moment) .
Tincture easy & good on all accounts. Main thing is to have the goods to invest.
Also: metabolism / tolerance...What rips one has little effect for the other. My hardest bud critic loves my cookies, hubby stoned for 2 days on 1 large bear but grins through 1 cookie. Go figure.
In anycase- I believe currently the key is in quality + quantity of goods and decarbing those goods ( kief takes less time) and over decarbing is a nono.. I still do old fashioned oven decarbing . allowing for further decarbing while baking and heat/stir of gummy bear stuff.
Lastly: I know brownies are a favorite BUT I prefer to concentrate the goods in few and simple I gredients ( less stuff you add the more potent) as well as adding granulated soy lecithin (not to tincture) facilitates the THC absorption measurably.
I just ran my mouth again...Imagine that!
If you want the cookie process I will write it out for you.

Yeah, I cough up a lung if I toke too much, then my sinuses start flowing like I have allergies, but then clear up! My Son brought back some edibles from Colorado (10 mg) and one did nothing for me. He gave some to his friends and they told him that because of my age, I should be careful and only do half. My wife laughed when he said that and told him "Don't worry about him, he has an extremely high tolerance"!! Always have... 😁 Interesting that you prefer the high from smoking with your experiences. That says a lot to me! I still plan to try my hand with tinctures. That seems like an easy project and I like the idea of a couple of drops under my tongue. I am a cookie monster, can eat a whole box at one sitting, so that could be problematic!! 🤔

There was a discussion at one point here where it seemed like people with higher metabolisms seemed to have a higher tolerance towards edibles. Mines probably about average I’d guess, I’ve had the experience with edibles where I kind of over did it.

Three weeks into flower: the Borderline continues to bush up and got defoliated again but doesn't look it. I'm glad I only have 6 rather than 8 plants in the tent this time-considering I trained wide and sure as shit got wide. Pleased with the amount of buddies on the Aurora indica and White rhino. The wagonettes-Jock horrors- have been subject to ridiculous winds and too cool temperatures...They remain determined. All need to be fed every other day which seems a bit early but the humidity is in the 40s so they are getting what they ask for.
Hope your weekend is a fine one😊

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous! I would expect nothing less from you!! Quick question... you mentioned not looking forward to a strict 12/12 light schedule. Why don't you use a timer?

Yes that would be awesome for a crockpot butter recipe with 1oz buds to whatever butter amount needed, please tika share your wisdom as detailed as possible, I have trouble reading and comprehending cause of my autism thanks.

You are too kind PuravidaC. 🤗🤗 my word: anything I do well is backed up by my multiple major screwups !!!!
I initially tried timers but: the tent still needs to be opened and closed and ports adjusted to deal with heat / humidityAND our power company has frequent enough electrical surges / outages and since I found that my surge protector turned the lights ON during one of those in the early morning..Like lighting my tent up very early and since it was closed down..It also got hot! so when it's lights off the surge protectors are off too and the timers gifted to someone.
Recently our company due to a bad street line fried my 4 fluorescents and two surge protectors. Luckily they reimbursed me for all🤪

Wagonettes makes me think of an early Motown female trio. Like the ronettes... something I’d hear riding in the car with my folks when I was a kid 😀

Working on it...It is becoming a dissertation....Finishing the bake and then the chocolate this weekend so I can add pics.
Suggest just reading thru. Gel it then make your shopping list(s) and have a staple handy for the pages.
