HELP! The seedsman.com seedbank is now a SCAM

I certainly think this person has been debunked, it looks like s/he is the scam. And using google on this name brings up a lot of 1 time posts. My bet is this person will not be back ever again.
 
It's the first time in years I lose money like that

Do you guys know that there are also FAKE tracking numbers like this one that Ruth from seedsman gave to me??? CN444944234ES You might want to check yourself
 
Where it says 20-30 days they aren’t kidding. I had a problem with a restaurant order here online and when I got a refund (they used a third party payment too) it took them almost two weeks for the cash to show back in my account.
 
It looks like you placed an order then got impatient and cancelled it and now are impatient in waiting for your refund. You were never ripped off you are just an impatient mfer who isn't willing to let things ride long enough to get worked out. Don't know much about mail order? it was pretty common not that many years ago that mail orders took weeks to arrive from just a few states away and you're ordering during the busiest shipping time of the year from the other side of the planet during a fucking worldwide pandemic. You paid for the guaranteed delivery but didn't even wait to find out what happened with the first delivery. Now they have to have their semi-legal products shipped back to the UK on their dime, risking confiscation AGAIN after what now amounts to them shipping it to you on their dime already and try to fix this mess that YOU created while trying to keep YOU happy so that you don't fly off the handle and do some stupid shit like this.

It's people like you that keep me afraid to think about starting a legit seed business. 1 slow delivery or lost package to the wrong person and you're labeled as a scammer with your name dragged through the mud for most of your potential customers to see. If it weren't for Seedsman being so big, this 1 person could have made a significant impact in their reputation and bottom line for some time to come.

I'm not even a big Seedsman fan, to me they are the walmart of the seed world and I'm doing less and less business with them but that has nothing to do with their service and much more to do with me wanting to do business in my home country and help out smaller breeders and seedbanks. I have made many orders to Seedsman totalling thousands of dollars and many of my friends have as well and none of us have ever been scammed or even felt like we were being scammed as we all understood after the first order that it might take a month or so to get the seeds but they came through every single time and on the first delivery attempt just like every other seedbank I have dealt with. None of them are out to rip you off, they want to grow and it takes a stellar reputation to do so. All it takes is a few assholes to really do a number on someone's reputation these days.

You have cost them some sales already I am sure and will continue to do so when people who don't think and do research for themselves see your post and write off Seedsman as a potential place to buy from and that's not ok.
 
Thank you FunkyButtLovin before i logged on here i was reading about the issues Europe is having with all the covid slow downs with logistics. This little impatient person i'm sure will always have issues with online purchases. He freaked out got scared putting info in the system he's a coward. This is how new wave of slandering works. No fact checks, just slander.
 
My tracking # had the letters on the wrong end of the string of characters. Got my seeds within or less than their projected time. The USPS DeLayed the delivery, doesn't everyone like to have their Christmas cards delivered in the middle of January?
 
You might want to consider the "tracking number" CN444944234ES before offending. Place an order yourself let's see what happens
 
I just ordered seeds from them (for the first time ever) and this morning my bank's fraud department called. They charged me 4 different charged totalling $1,500 for an $80 order. I opened a customer service ticket, but nobody has responded. In looking online, I see this has happened to about 5 other people in local grow groups, and their FB page is only weeks old with 500 likes and 3 reviews (one of which the guy got ripped off). I had to spend my morning at the bank, and then contacting everyone I have autodraft set up with. I am so disappointed and frustrated.
 
I just tried the Vault. will see how it goes. Had a bad experience with Growers Choice. Not shipping & payment, just bad seeds.
 
I have received 3 out of 4 orders from seedsman. It was my first order that never arrived. They kep saying that they had reshipped the order yet it never arrived. Then after waiting like 6 months the reply came back that the too much time had elapsed and they would not do anything. Since then they have stopped accepting credit card and a lot of seeds are now out of stock. This out of stock situation seems to be for certain locals only as they are splitting up their warehouse locations. They seem to be making it just too hard to do bisness with them. A real shame as not a lot of other seed banks seem to deliver world wide.
 
It'll pass and things will be back in stock, Jah willing. I'm hedging that bet by growing out regs for seed. I 've got more Ghost Train Haze and Skunk #1 seed than I could ever grow out with Tangie and Blueberry to follow plus some 24kt Gold F1 for yuks.
 
Agree with GreenAlchemist - TNSB has never missed a delivery to me (seeds for about the last 6 grows) and the last order arrived in about a week (I think the longest was 3 or 4 weeks right at the beginning of the pandemic when everything was slow). Any time I check out complaints they are almost always American orders (and often they mention customs which the seed bank has no control over). I’m Canadian and based on the post marks I could drive to the area the seed bank is located in under an hour so that may explain it. I’ve never had to use their customer service, never paid for the insurance option and I am sure they chase the almighty dollar, but most companies do. I was actually thinking of trying seedsman recently, for my fall grow, but that was only because TNSB lately seems sold out of many new strains from big seed producers that I’ve wanted to try.
