Recently someone in this forum told me that they felt the tan fabric pots aren't as good as the black ones, but I can't remember exactly why. I will say that I know for sure the black Smart Pots work great!
That was me. I found that the tan smart pits drain slower. The fabric is a tighter composition?
not that that is a bad thing but if I mix them with black ones it throws off my timing on feeding .
Wouldn't tan v black- suggest it has to do with absorption of heat. with the black increasing the temperature the most and the tan the least.
In my indoor herb garden, I use black or dark green in the winter and tan during the summer as it also gets sunlight.
