Switching to 12/12 Also mutant 9 Leafer!

Friday is my flip the switch day.. so i have a few questions. do i thrusday have it turn off at 8pm instead of midnight then have it turn on at 8am so it starts on the 12 hours or do i let it go to sleep at midnight and turn on 6am and then flip it off at 6pm.? how do u start it on the 12/12???.. PLEASE SOME INSIGHT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL!

Easiest safest way to go is to fit to your schedule leaving in total darkness until the adjustment so it completely depends on what the best time for you would be and if you are turning on/off the lights manually. But try to do it as simple as you can. It doesn't matter much if you cut short the light cycle and start it a bit later like you said. It doesn't matter if you wait till midnight and start 8 to 8 the next day. But I would recommend leaving some more dark period to let the plant realize a change is being made. So if you can wait a day inbetween in total darkness it will flower for sure with no delays. So no matter at what time you turn off the lights. You wait until the day after tomorrow and start 8 to 8 or what ever work with you. This may also promote stretch in a good way
 
Inuart88, I made the 12/12 change during the on cycle during the 18/6 veg cycle. While the lights were on, I changed the 'off' time to be earlier than during the veg cycle.
Nice looking plants, You must be doing something right.

Great plants❤ I will. E flipping to 12/12 Monday. I am in 24-7 veg light so I will move to flower tent and then off @ 6:30 then on at 6:30. Keep it simple 🤗
