switched from soil to coco need help!

Doing a small grow in a 4x2x8 indoor in a grow tent. HLG LeD 320w. I am using Royal gold coco instead of fax farm forest/frog.2 plants photo northern lights.What should I water with PH? 6-7? or 5-6? using Fox farm trio nutrients and recharge 10 gallons drain to waist 3 x a week.
