Strains recs Sonoran Desert

Asking for a friend (really)...
What strains might grow well outdoors in Southern Arizona, up at 5k feet? She wants to plant by end of February.

Blue Dream, Lemon Drop, and Sour Headband grew well for her 3 years ago. But the local farmer who gave her seeds moved away.

Photoperiod works outdoors where she is, which is really, really rural. Nearest neighbor is > 1,000 feet from her. However, some sites I see suggest autos.

How about some more info, like does she want high THC, medium, low, CBD content high med low.
Is it for medical if so what ailment/s?

Strains that can handle 100 degree heat is first priority.
