My plants are a week from harvest and are getting dead brown spots all over the leaves. Could someone please help me figure out what’s going on.

I'm growing my plant outdoors and it has already been there for about 2 months yet it is only about 6 inches tall, is there anything I can do to speed up the growth?

Been growing in garden. Two of the plants are portable so I can move to the shed if rain threatens. One is in too heavy a pot. What can I do with that one if rain threatens? Worried I'll just lose that plant. Thanks for any help
