"Staged Harvest" candidate in the wings?

The plant is ready for harvest and has grown some great buds- they were all popcorn buds 2 weeks ago, as the second stage started!

I'll post a pic of the trimmed buds - prepared for drying.
 
Nice work mate👍quick question, when u do your first harvest and remove the big colas, do u remove the whole branch or just snip off the buds?
 
Great spread, Weed! Very informative. I've been doing staged harvests too, but not as long between stages because it just didn't feel right. But after seeing your results, I'm going to give it a lot more time before the second phase.
 
Thank you for this, I wondered if doing this would be more beneficial than cutting down the complete plant, and then starting the next vegged sister. The extra two weeks of vegging the sister clone, while the second stage matures looks like a plan.
 
Great technique! I've used this before too and it works. It's a great way to grow taller plants like a strong sativa. I'll take 3 1/2 ozs dry from one plant anytime and be thrilled! Nice grow, thanks for posting.
