Spider mites. Neem not working.

I have a spider mite issue in my indoor grow tents.
Both 2x4 tents are about 2-3 week into flower. I sprayed with neem oil prior as a preventative measure and just noticed they are there and in full force.
I use a flood and drain setup. Video here https://youtu.be/Pa8DKvt80eQ
I had an issue last year during a veg cycle but I managed with neem and no issues. I want to use a fogger but am unsure of what % and size to use for each 2x4 tent.
Has anyone had good results with specific products, and should I bomb the room or the tents themselves. Neem has worked for me in past but I think I’m past that point now.
Many help would be greatly appreciated

Sometimes you need repetitious spraying. You kill adults, then eggs hatch...bam more infestation. Spray 3-4 days in a row to wipe out adults and their hatchlings.

1/4 cup of dried lavender flowers, soak it in a 1 litter bottle of water for 48 hrs. Strain and drain then dilute 50:1 soak your leafs should take care of them repeat after 5 days. It supposed to kill eggs as well
