Cali my name is Bruce but I am guessing this shows up as Organic357. Should you ever want to visit by phone let me know. I am legal now in Missouri as a medical patient and cultivator. I think that California does not allow for home grow. Simply put I am very busy, 64 years old and communicating by phone is easier. I made the same offer to some other super/living soil guys on GWE but they did not take me up on the offer. I suspect that things were still illegal in their states so would not blame them for not wanting to discuss by phone. If you want to discuss issues by phone let me know and I will send you my mobile number.
Thanks for putting up with me. Sorry if I offended you. I’ve no desire to get into a neem oil pissing match. Thanks for your helpful, sincere and honest posts.
    all my best

No no offense at all. I completely insert where your coming from. I use caution with Neem as well. I have Neem oil that I haven’t used and won’t unless I have to. What I do use is Neem cake but not every week maybe once or twice during the veg cycle. Again no offense taken please always chime in so we can learn from each other. Peace Growmie.
Trevor, Wookie Foot, Nahko & Medicine for the people, Michael Franti...
This group of wonderful individuals have changed my life. Years ago I was diagnosed with some major health issues, I've been of the Zen school of Buddhism for a while... but the love, compassion and refusal to accept the status quo view of a gloomy future literally has helped me get through. I've seen both Trevor and Nahko live with my son, he's 39 and I'm 62. The one thing I have found in life is echoed by others "If love is not the answer, then we just asked the wrong question." Peace my friend, "We in a different room..."
Cali how much should I use on 10 gallon pots ,thats my major problem I get nervous about over doing it so I just don't do it

To my 20 gallon pot I just add about a 1/4 cup of each nutrients and minerals. And right before the flip to flower I just add about a spoon of each and top it off with malted barley and wormcastings. Also once a week I top dress malted barley it’s full of enzymes and if I ever see a deficiency I make sure I’m not overwatering and if I’m not I water with kelp and alfalfa tea bubble it for about 18 hrs. Doesn’t take much about a spoon of alfalfa and 2 of kelp and that makes my ladies happy usually within 48 hrs. Hope this helps you out and let me know how it works out for you if you try it.
Cali, a friendly suggestion. Create a spreadsheet for your current grow and for each future grow. I would then have an entry for each plant variety. So lets say you are growing Northern Light. When you harvest weigh out your buds for each Mason jar using whatever makes sense for you. For example, let's say you have a big plastic cup and a mason jar 80% full with some of your current medicine. Dump that in the plastic cup and mark the fill line. When you harvest your current grow put the empty cup on a scale and press Tare to zero out the scale. Remove the cup from the scale then trim away filling the plastic cup up to the fill line. Assuming your scale retains the Tare weigh, turn it on the weight should be negative, put the filled cup on it and record the weight in your spreadsheet under Northern Light #1. Repeat until all Northern Light is trimmed. Then do the same with your next plant. Have spreadsheet total for each plant. You can average for all plants or by plant variety, Northern Light, Girl Scout Cookies, Sour Diesel, etc. Now you know harvest in weight not Mason jars. Then you can track year by year. So when you hear people say how happy they are because they got 2 ounces per plant and you know you are getting 3.5 ounces per plant you have the knowledge that you have done well without making the other person feel bad.
Cali, I just wanted you to know that I finally got through to someone at KIS Organics. If I can get someone here in town to split an order with me I plan to go with their water only soil but will also order a package of their KIS Organics Nutrient Pack. I also found an LED light that I believe will give me the results I want with regard to size and potency. Looking forward to getting more people in this group on board with living soils.

Glad to hear that. I hope you find someone to split it with. Would be nice if more people got on board with us but I’m sure as we show results more people will be interested. Update on my garden I’m slowly getting rid of the thrips. I received my neem/Karanja I’m brewing some now so I can spray tonight at lights out. A week or two and I should be fine then maybe I can start flowering..

So how is it going with your set up? I’m back on track got rid of the thrips and the gnats I think the compost I bought was infested. Now just a few more weeks and I will be going into flower.
Yeah I realized it from the beginning. I only ordered from them when they cut the seed prices 50%. Their NL Auto was an awesome plant, grew like a small round shrub so dense I struggled to water it, like bamboo.
