Special "titles" for users, what do you think?

Could set up an achievements sort of thing for reaching milestones for doing something a certain number of times. number of posts, number of likes, number of uploaded photos, number of subscribers, membership duration, etc. There could even be multiple levels for the same category eg lvl 5 poster.
Each achievement comes with a cool title, then each person can choose one of the titles to be displayed out of the ones they have unlocked
 
Like that a lot also! The grower description could be changed and updated as the grower sees fit. 😊
 
Thats for sure_ even though I can't get online all the time, when I get the chance I really find peoples comments and posts very helpful!
 
Well Thats a relief! I seem to have the same problem...And me too_ first real forum participation. The folks that participate here are really good people_ so many other forums have a good number of members that don't really want to share but just to hear/see themselves online. Kudo's to GWE!
 
We could as Chemichael said to split the forums into order

*Growbox(Indoor Grow)
-Soil
-Coco
-NFT

*Growfarm(Outdoor)
-(have no idea lol)

*Greenline(Helpdesk type of topics,tutorials stickied in there or not)

*Journals
Would be nice if a sticky had a preset of a list to start a journal,i.e :
Strain :
Type (Auto/Photo) :
Grow Type (Wilma,NFT,DWC) :
Medium :
Nutes :
Lights & Wattage :
Techniques (FIM,Top,Lst,None,MF/ML) :

I saw a thread somewhere that was kinda like this in GWE and it just makes it easier for the knower to reply,the reader to relate and gives a better image of what the OP is working on(even to me every time i go through my own stuff,cataloging)
 
Also there could be the member that are given a special title for helping and that could be a button next to the like,i mean we can simply like something because its true or for some other reason,but a helpful button,like a thanks,that relates to a counter and gives a title accordingly is nice!!
 
Great feedback everyone. I love that you're going to do something with titles Nebula. Very cool.

Id love to have a system where custom titles are determined by their peers. Maybe after a member reaches a certain criteria there is a topic created automatically and members have a week or so to nominate and then vote on a title.
 
The user name will stay the same. But we can change our message identity which will be separate day today if we choose to do so.
