haha.....that's true. It's hard sometimes not showing or telling others about what you're doing. When our plants were at their smelliest, I kept chopped onion, green bell pepper and garlic in a baggie in the freezer. Anyone pop in unexpectantly, I could start sauting a batch in olive oil. Only had to do it once.

I am trying to remember which photo you posted (of mine) on the newsletter first time....I do remember almost falling out of bed cause I spilt my coffee due to shock at 3 AM!
