I use a soil, Coco perlite mix. 1\3 of each. Full Coco you have to keep up on watering and follow a good nute schedule

Thankyou for your response. .
I still looking what good..
Being in soil for 2 year.want try something different i know if use a coco and perlite cost me little bit more money

Living soil for me,and my family. no coco or hydro, for me, way, way to much work involved, plus I'm old as hell, we just plain like the taste better, and the smell, and the effects.
But everyone is different, but if you try it ,you might like it.
Good Luck with whatever you try Cheyenne.

Coco is the easiest. Organic is the best taste with somewhat lower yields. DWC is the biggest harvest.

Coco for newer growers gives you the best chance for success, IMO.

I started with organic, went to pro-mix and now I am in coco. Coco has been the best, for me, by far.

Not having to mix medium and buffer it. Do not have to worry about run off. No overwatering or underwatering and the frequency of those waterings. No transplanting. Anyone can have root problems.
I'm not saying dwc is the best but I think there is far less to worry about. Pop your seed in a plug, place it in a net pot with some clay pebbles or whatnot. Watch your plant, numbers, and your environment (just like any other method) and there is not much to worry about from there. If washing a bucket or plugging a pump in is burdensome, choose a different hobby.

Oh and less waste. I don't have to dump coir (which isn't so sustainable, well at least more than peat). All I have is used solution and if it's like my town they want you to dump it in the drain. We live close to a river and several feeder creeks. Also the roots but we all have that too.

Have you ran dec before? And not sure two grows counts as solid evidence that coco is better or more friendly. No being a dick, just saying.
Everything above are just step I listed that I don't have to do, regardless of the pain they are or are not.
I really don't even have to go in room every day if I don't want, but I do.
