HELP! Seedling growing wrong?

Hi there, first time grower here, I’m just growing one plant to see how I go first but I’ve noticed that my seedling doesn’t look right. It’s 11 days old it’s planted in 30 to 70 coco coir and perlite in a grow tent, I gave it some npk fertiliser on the 7th day. I have the king led 2000w running on just the veg lights and it’s about 40 inches away from the plant and light schedule is 18-6. The temp ranges from 20-27 celsius and I keep the humidity around 45-70 but last week when I wasn’t keeping an eye on it it got up to high 80s to 90s a couple times (not sure if that could have effected it?). The seed seems to growing up but its leaves aren’t laying flat like other seedlings I’ve seen and it doesn’t appears to be growing anymore leaves at all. I’ve looked at other images of seedlings around the same age and they look a lot larger with the leaves laying flatter. Any help would be greatly appreciated

How big is the container that it’s in and how much have you watered it? The coco looks fairly wet all around the container so I would suggest letting the coco dry out a lot before the next watering

I’ve watered twice in the 11 days, one was mixed with the fertiliser. Grow pot is 100mm. I’ll definitely give that a go, thank you

For seedlings my motto is a lot of light little water. And ya the temp may have affected your planet

The first thing your plant is going to do is find out how much soil/medium it can put roots into, them start the upper growth.
She may be wanting more light, careful thats a powerful light for sprouts.

Yes I think it's overwatered, all little seedlings need is bright little t-5 or CFL to gain it's roots to much and it will stay that way until it figures out where to spread it's roots. And no nutes at first they just need light.

(didn't read the responses, so forgive me if this was already said) ... but you really don't need nutrients that soon; also looks a bit wet.
