I have finally filled up 2 gallons of fresh trim from my last few runs. I want to try making some bubble hash. The first time I tried, I botched it. I put the bags in backwards and then I had the ice crunching everything instead of using the waters current. This was like 3 years ago.... Very different info out there. Now I've done all my proper research now. I'm more confident it will go smoothly this time.

I washed and sterilized my 1 gallon ZehHydro bags. Then cleaned them with multiple washes in 70% and 91% alcohol. I don't have the 220 working bag. That one got ripped by the mixer I was using so my new working bag will be the 190. Since this is all for me, I'm just going to use the 25 micron bag to catch everything, over that will be the 73 micron then on top of that will be the 120 and then my working bag of 190. I'm going to skip the 45, 90, 160 bags. I figured there's no point in giving myself all that extra work just to have a few extra grades of hash when in total I'm probably only going to have a few grams anyway. It's only 2 gallons of train bull trim fresh frozen and even some larfy buds.

This time I know the water is supposed to do the heavy lifting so no more electrical hand mixer. No more filling the container full of ice. No more putting the bags in backwards. I have a good sprayer and a few buckets to do this properly. If I can find a few extra 1 gallon buckets(I wish I hadn't thrown out all the ones I drilled holes in smh) This way I could do the Frenchie cannoli method and have a plastic ring for each bag. That would be ideal but it probably won't be a reality this time around.

Any tips welcome. It's only my second time doing this. I will want to grow a hash plant (probably from Ethos) and wash a whole plant. Maybe in the spring🤔 IDK. So many ideas, projects and experiments.....I need a castle and a half to for all my ideas.

Nifty! As of this morning, my new bags are in Knoxville. This weekend I'll be ice watering 5 ounces that are sitting in the freezer.
 
I've been making ice cubes all day today. I'm not gonna need that much but I rather have too many than too little. I'm gonna wash the bud trim 2x. I think 2x 1 gallon bags full should be plenty.
 
I just used my handy dandy BubbleBagDude bubble hash maker last week. Did the standard three washes as the directions all for. Used all the bags. I have all of this hash but what to do with it? What's the best way to partake? a bong and a torch? Do I just walk into the smoke shop and announce I'm there to buy a hash smoking rig? Can you help a brother out?

If you have collected from the machine, you have kief. Hash is kief that is heated and pressed. And kief ain't nothing but trichomes. But hash is pretty much the vernacular.
However, you can use them the same. Spike a joint. Top a bowl. Alone in a bowl. Decarb for edibles. Press it for rosin. Send it to your friendly neighborhood Gingerbeard.

I have a good water filter and the city water is one of the better ones in the country. I used to get water from the machine when i lived in New Mexico. The tap water would destroy your water filter in a month.
 
I have bangers and all kinds of glass attachments for me bongs. I still prefer the vape. Once you put an actual flame to the product, you just get inundated with burnt taste and smell. With the vape, you get so many interesting flavors. For example, my best friend bought me moonrocks for my birthday back in January. Got so high and it tasted like banana bread or dates while smoking. Coolest experience. I don't even like joints anymore. Just tastes like burnt.
 
I would use some cheaper glassware for hash because it might leave some black residue which might be annoying to clean.. So I definitely wouldn't use your best bangor if you're going to smoke hash out of it and then later use it for dabs. Maybe have one specifically for hash and one for dabs if possible
 
I got my buckets for the hash to do it the Frenchi Cannoli way. This weekend when my buddy comes over, he'll give me a hand (because humans didn't involve to have four hands which would be super helpful). I have a chapin, I'll fill it with filtered iced water for the side spraying and getting the hash to the center of the bag. This way I can use all filtered clean water. I have a sink sprayer but I don't trust that chlorinated water. I have ice cubes all frozen up. I have my trim all ready. Should be a good one!

Nnnnnooooooooo.... Do not dab hash!!! It's naaaasssty!!! Dabbing even a small amount of hash smells worse than smoking a bowl.
If you dab hash, don't talk to me.
 
Eww no that's why I said you need a separate glass piece. Unless you're going to smoke pressed bubble hash(with a rosin press) then I don't see why you can't dab it but traditional hash no way.
