Almost 11 ounces isn't something to shake a stick at! It sounds like the quality of your buds came out great, congratulations! 
The smell of the buds should come back and intensify during the curing process. It's normal for them to not have any smell except hay immediately after drying, so if you're still getting dank smells that's a really good sign! Super soil produces some of the best smelling bud!

Thanks Nebula. I'm very pleased with the quality. I think it would have turned out better if they didn't run out of steam halfway through flowering.
