Recipes for edibles and tinctures

looking for tried and true recipes( recipe book) for making buds into tinctures and hard candy and or gummie bears etc. have seen the magical butter machine but seems pricey when you can do it all on a stove.

I think with an electric stove kept at low temps, alcohol mixture at 170 F below it’s safe. Just don’t want to use a gas stove with open flames.
