Rapid rooters

When using rapid rooters last time I just dropped the seed in and let it germinate, is it ok to germinate say in a paper towel then drop seed in rooter?

Why the heck not??? Only I wouldn't "drop" it; I'd gently place it in the rapid rooter (though I'd use a root riot instead to avoid using GH products...)

GH was bought out by Scotts who does Miracle Gro. They are a subsidiary company of Monsanto who is a giant corp who doesn't mimd the carcinogenic impact of their pesticides, besides many other shady dealings. Look it up online.

Just drop it in the rapid rooter....and enjoy.....they work really really well. Why take a chance of another transplant......for my first time ever i just had 4 out of 5 pop 5 days ago and the roots today when i moved them to their final rest bucket were about on average 8" long.......good luck...

Rapid rooter/ root riot OR paper towel.
There is no need to mess with the root shoving it in to something else.
choose one and let that delicate tap root not be troubled.
i use rooters, then they go into coco.
