Pure CBD seeds

I have been looking for pure CBD seeds and can’t find a seller who sells a small number of seeds without a state license anyone know of a source?

Web search Charlotte's Web for many grey market, high CDB breeders. Where you are matters with respect to shipping. In Canada, I would recommend Hemp Depot. They have a good selection of high CBD seeds, and they've never let me down.

No such thing as cbd with no THC. Sorry.
Even hemp has trace amounts.
You can get up to 32-1 high cbd. Master hemp comes to mind. I think seedsman is out of stock right now. Maybe more on the way?

Sounds like you need hemp seeds, which shouldn't be so hard to get ahold of. Did you search on internet for hemp seeds?? https://blueforestfarms.com/hemp-seeds-for-sale/

Look for thunderstruck, T1, Franklin, AC/DC, etc etc. If harvested at the right time they should have 14 or more % CBD and .35 or less THC. Critical Mass is another but it will have more thc. The low THC is critical to timing your harvest. Critical Mass, Thunderstruck, AC/DC, Nebula CBD can have thc levels as high at 14% if you harvest later in flower.
