Hey guys so i started to notice like a film like substance on one of my plabts leafs. Im concerned that it might be the start of some white powder mildew since its been pretty rainy and humid the past week. But then i also rembered i sprayed the soil with neem oil and thought came to mind that maybe a few droplets got on the leaf and so when i watered it maybe kinda dispersed it to what this looks like? In the end i dont know what it is so im asking for help. Last thing i have a rose bush on the side of my house and it looks like it has the same stuff but more so white then filmy idk im worried bc i keep this plant near others and dont want to contaminate whats good.

It looks like hard water droplets or something similar. But I always know when i get something on the leaves and clean it off. Especially water droplets when the lights are on. Water droplets on plants when the lights are on or the sun is out can cause burn spots.

Agreed it looks like hard water deposits. Wet paper towel and carefully wipe them off.

Kinda looks like candle wax lol. Def tell something got spilled on it because it looks like pools of liquid that dried.

Whoa am im glad to get this feedback for starters my well water is hard as mess and i did neem alnost a week ago also yes it will wipe off if i rub my fingers over it it just had me worried a bit thanks everyone ill wipe her down and see if it stays away.
