SOIL plant issue leaves

Kinda looks like heat stress. See how the leafs try to taco up. Can you add more info on your grow like temps maybe a pic of your soil? How the rest of the plant looks?

I use FoxFarm Ocean Forest Organic Potting Mix. Temp 75-80. Rest of the plant looks real good. I have them in large containers, the 1/3 bottom portion I use organic cow manure and humus, then the Foc Farm to the top of the container. I use mega Crop Nutrients at 3g per 1 gal of well water. They are about 3-4 ft tall. I just put them out side with about 4-5 hours of sunlight. Yesterday I placed them back in the barn due to a freeze coming in tonight thru Wednesday. Then they will go back outside. I thought our winter was over. Thak you for your help

FF already has perlite in it. I water 1 gal of water to 3g of nutrient to each plant which are in large round container. I gal with mega Crop nutrients and the other just water. Should I put more perlite in the FF

Ok looks like we found the problem. Don’t water everyday. Let it go a few days before watering.

Water when your pot is very lite weight, right before your leaves start wilting, not everyday.
Let your soil dry out real good, almost bone dry, then pick up your pot, it will be very lite weight.
Then water to 20-30percent runoff, an pick up your pot again, it will be much heavier, don't water again till the pot is lite weight.
GoodLuck

Water with nutrients every other watering. So today nutrients wait for it to dry up some then water just water then wait to dry up them again nutrients.
