well, i'm glad to finally know...the suspense was killing me... and just for the record it wasn't me who said you were wasting our time.... now re.your concern, i guess i would offer this...that's not something i would have thought to worry about before...but i suppose it is a worry if you grow like you have to, i.e., in a constant perpetual state of what is called stretching, which means that the plant is literally stretching itself toward the light to get the energy that it needs....think like a little kid will REACH SO HARD for the cookie jar and stretch on its tippy toes.....well your plant is that kid...and your light is the cookie jar.

you just need to get a better cookie jar when and if you can afford it.... best of luck to you, and sorry if i was abrupt... i was just frustrated.

I understand, thanks. When there is sunlight, I put the plant on the windowsill, in direct sunlight. The plant is definitely growing (new leaves, etc), and the stem is growing as well. There are some windowsill growers out there, and they've had luck growing, and even flowering buds. But if the only concern is the light, well, I'd say I'm doing fine with what I have. Thanks for the advice
