Plant height?

Hi guys, it's me again --
It's been a few weeks, and my plant is definitely growing and looks healthy and green. I was just wondering, is it bad if the plant is too tall? For a young plant, it is quite tall, but it seems to be strong and sturdy. It isn't falling over, and it's getting enough light. Images are attached. Just wanted some advice, thanks all!

Actually, I think you need a LOT more light than you are giving it. I see a plant that is stretching to get enough light. Your fixture is close enough, I assume it is a cfl, but you need several more. Im not kidding. Typically with cfl grows as many as 8-16 bulbs are typical. Be careful when you add more and be mindful of electrical safety. User Green75 , has frequent photos of a proper cfl set up. Good luck !
 
Same reply as last time. There are some great tutorials on the GWC website that will help. There is a tab at the top of the forum website that will take you there. It was suggested the last time that you might want to invest in any of the grow lights that are discussed on the GWE website. Have to agree with Canuck147 .

How old is the plant,,, and what is its strain...All the info would be great for all of us.....
 
Apologies for the confusion, guys -- this is more of a houseplant for me. If I were to continue growing as I have been, would there be any problems? Again, this is a purely ornamental plant.
 
Hey Potted, I've posted a response to everyone below. I am saying that this is a houseplant for me, not trying to get any bud out of it.
 
If I am not looking to get any harvest out of the plant, and if I were to keep it under a desk lamp as an ornamental plant, would the current amount of light be sufficient?
 
sorry to be blunt, but i feel like it's kinda necessary at this point given last time...what is it you want to accomplish? with your houseplant?

i know you said something initially in your last thread about many $ and space constraints, just wanting to learn, etc., and i get all that--i do. but then what are you asking us about exactly? you're keeping it alive...you don't need us to tell you that, tho. not trying to be an asshole...just tryna cut to the chase....
 
i wasn't saying it was a waste of our time...although it could be soon.... at this point i am just incredibly....intrigued? as to your answer....

again, man, for the love of holy, too tall for what? and a problem, again, for what?

i promise you we can help you if you would just answer the what you want to accomplish question i asked you^^^
 
Sorry for being so unclear, but in the past I've been told that if a plant gets too tall, it can fall over or die. If there aren't any issues to a plant being tall, then I have no further questions... again, sorry for wasting your time.
