So I goofed up and let my plants get a bit below recommend pH zone.

Runoff last night on 4 of my plants were in the 6.02 - 6.18 range all far to low. Im in soil. I was wondering what a safe recommendation for pH increase at once I can do without creating too much pH fluctuations.

I've been putting in 5.5 would it be safe to water at 6.5 next time or is that too high? Or should I go 6.0 next water then 6.5 the following? That would put me back at the bottom end of recommended soil ph.
 
6.0 - 6.1 is only a little low in soil. Your fine. I water mine in a range. I shoot for around 6.3-6.5 and if it comes out 6.1 I water anyway. Next time I just water at 6.7 or 6,8. The plant is actually able to access different nutrients better at different ph's.
 
Yea its a bit strange.

The 3 torpedos have been getting the same treatment as the other 4 but still have higher runoff. They seem to be in a good zone at all times. They aren't showing anything major wrong slightly yellow lowest leaves is all.

But these 4 are yellowing bottom up quickly. I would say I've cut 3-5 dead leaves a day for the last 4 days off the bottoms. Im thinking its a major phosphorous deficiency. Its the only nute that at my 5.5 watering and low runoff wont be picked up. The cut off seems to be at 6.3 in soil.

So anyhow Next water I will hit them with a bit of a higher pH of 6.5 with a bit of Hawaiian Bloom added its npk is 5 - 50 - 17. That should knock any phosphorus deficiency outta there I think.

This is the worst of the 4 plants. From the overhead view you can see all the yellow leaves poking through. About 5 or 6 newly effected leaves since removing most yesterday. What do you think deficiency or lockout, And if so what type?

I am leaning heavily towards phosphorus.

Been a little higher than wanted in this tent. Like 42.5 ish lights on and a bit above 50 lights off.
 
Yeah Im trying to get it figured out with this plant asap. Its basically killing it. The leaves are going from that color yellow to brown withing days time. By the handful.

The other plants not so bad but its there, they seem to be progressing all much slower. All in the same tent with same level nutes and humidity.

Nutes are AN 3 part at 1/2 dose, cal/mag half dose, big bud half dose and madfarmer b1 half dose. I also add 1/16 dose of hawaiin bloom on feed days. It is super strong but I go way easy.

I wonder if that with the 3 part is actually too much phosphorus. I wouldnt think though since Im half dosing the 3 part. Could be a lockout of phos....
 
Dehumidifier is running 24/7 to keep up. Its rainy as all get out here. Flushing will have to wait a couple days. Yep I got a ppm meter as well. Last feed was like 1300 ppm in.
 
My last 2 journal posts are two videos on page 10 of the journal. The second video is the effected tent. The first plant in the second vid is the sickest. You can see it really well in the vid.
 
From what I understand of ppm, if you got high ppm runoff you could have lockout cause the plants aren't eating so that could be a tell sign but then again I could be wrong about how I understand it.
 
It's most likely humidity I'm thinking my plant did the same thing about a week ago and pretty same symptoms once the weather got better so did the plant
 
I will check ppm runoff when I do the flush. I have never done it. Just waiting on the new R/O system to show up in the mail. Im not gonna flush with my 380+ ppm well water.
 
And yes RH could be the factor I have everything in my arsenal running to fight it. 4 days ago it was in the 20's and 2 feet of snow. Today it is 62 and pouring rain. No snow is left and RH is at infinity here.
 
It very well could be RH in that tent.. I never even thought about the difference correlating between the two. Thinking it could be this more and more.

Tent 1 same treatment except much steadier, lower RH in the tent. Lights on around 35% Lights out may hit 45% maximum.

As said earlier this tents is about low 40's lights on and I would say mid 50's to 60% at lights out.

Still gonna flush with R/O and check everything just in case.
 
Are you doing a full fledged flush? And the roots could be getting too cold and not absorbing properly maybe get a mat warmer for underneath it
