I'm seriously glad to have you here! I'm not really bothered how much I spend on growing I'm just curious as to what the cost vs results are. Plus after a few grows I can compare which grows/strains were more cost effective. Pretty much I love numbers and data.

Growing is always an exciting time. It's sort of a rushed job at the end of the day tending to the girls. 4.30am wake up, 6am start at work ( I'm there working at 5.45 usually), finish work 6-6.30pm, come home, shower, eat, spend time with partner/cat, water/feed the girls then bed. repeat the next day. Sundays off though. Harvest should be finished in 2 more weeks so work should slow down a bit for 4-6 weeks then into the next big project.

Going to take two weeks off end of june/start of july to fly back west to visit mum and the wrinkles(grandparents) for a week then home for the second week to relax with the mrs and cat. Grow will be done and dried by then and then I'm thinking of starting a Kings Kush CBD Auto grow when I get back.
.

We wake up at the same time....Summer plants start at 6 am...now a 7am...But alwYs outa bed and dressed ( like that takes time) by 5 am
Whereish to the west?
Similar hamsterwheels. Guess this should be PM....Oh well..Still grow topic otherwise I could sleep til 8....

OzBud just read your previous grow, freaking awesome! Going through my first auto grow and swiped your feed chart and will be using. Question, do you feed everyday? On my second grow and I water to 20% run off and usually when pot is light, about every 3rd day. Your plants are kicking my plants backside. Do you feed to runoff and if so am I doing something wrong?

I have never seen plants that look like that. Fat leaves, could pass as something other than cannabis. Is it just the nature of auto’s or just this particular strain?

SheikYerbouti I feed to runoff every second day for the first week then every day from then on aiming for a minimum of 20% drain/runoff. Runoff is vital, always have runoff when watering coco to help prevent nutrient salt buildup

oldjarhead100 it's a self activating fire extinguisher. It's got a bit of a cage/bracket it sits in, you mount it above where you're most likely to have a fire, if there is one when nobody is home the ball explodes when flames touch it and it puts the fire out by throwing dry powder everywhere. Might ruin some equipment but better than the house burning down when nobody is home.
It can also be manually thrown or rolled into a fire

I've been doing my normal plant rotating schedule. After watering, the plant that was on the right moves to the left, the other two move one space each to the right and all the pots get rotated 90 degrees clockwise.
I don't know why I do it but the sun moves through the sky so without a light mover this sort of helps the light reach more parts of the plants

Hey Ozbud, your plants are looking very nice.
I move my plants every day ,the same way as you,lol
Good luck with yours.

Hey D.A.A.S.69 thanks for stopping by. I think there is definitely some benefit to moving and rotating pots, to what extent I don't know but I do it anyway.

it's supposed to only work when it comes into contact with fire. Hot temps alone shouldn't set it off unless they're very extreme
