I believe I overwatered my plant. I haven’t watered it in two days the plant seems to only getting worse. What should I do? Should I be freaking out?

Simple answer is no. At the at size doesn’t take much water to keep them happy. Just water it around the stem not the entire pot. Unless it’s organic soil that needs to stay moist don’t water till it feels dry and light

Be sure to have them on a riser in your saucer so they are never sitting in water or your roots won't be happy which may be the case here.

if your temps and humidity are right you should water every 2-3 days in coir as it tends to dry out a little quicker than soil. Only water when the top 2 inches deep feel completely dry. Droopy plants can present as other conditions too, not just overwatering. More info on your grow would help
