have some seed gift coming from friend ( for who(m) I was personal shopper for her new grow site) don't know what.
i hear Blue Dream is hard to do??
problem: need to germinate, veg and harvest before March 15 in order to make it to my daughters wedding on 18th of March. It will be ok to hang branches for drying while I am gone...
just gotta time it...soon

Like to veg at least 60 days from germination..so 57 days

I think I can harvest first or second week December.
Veg space is independent of tent..so waiting for seeds...
The timing will be germination I think?
Wanted to switch to new medium/pots via you and Royal but may need to wait til next round to get creative
 
Was looking at Royal's pots and stands...same size my usual 5 gal ( can't lift 7 gal wet..or I could but rather not) and maybe his mix...or your mix...switching nutrients althoi don't want to break what is fixed.I still bring pots out of tent and hand water/feed prune etc then return
i am obviously venting thoughts at your expense..

Well on my next grow I decided to go with 4 gallon I found at Lowe's instead of my 1&1/2 gallon and fewer plants.keep your medium simple I suggest...my nutes are so up to date...it's got hemp protein in it instead of animal protein...just a little info..

I could talk this stuff with you all day lady....
 
Coco doesn't require as much media for larger plants for some reason. You just need to water more. I'm watering every other day, but not to runoff. It's a bit tricky and I've overloaded them a couple times. It smelled horrible from the super soil. Unfortunately, I may have leeched out some nutes. Hopefully I don't need to supplement but I have fox farm trio in reserve, if I need to.

oh... and blue dream is a heavy yielder. Colas swell up huge. Bud rot potentially.

I'm also going to main line two different ways to decide which one I like better..maybe three different ways...my goal is short
 
That is solid info and thank you. I had minor bud rot with my more dense colas and went ballistic...it is a plus and minus to watch for??? Think I will stick with my coco reun off water every 4th day..while very seriously watching what you and green do

We have 4 packs of seeds already, but I keep finding more I'd like to buy. Hubby put his foot down and said no. He bought fem white widow, fem papaya, and fem master kush. All from Nirvana. I went on my own and ordered bubblelicious auto from seedsman. Also received 10 mystery seeds from Nirvana and one free fem Skunk from seedsman. Don't know if we will ever use the freebies from Nirvana because I hated having to wait and sex the plants, only to find out you have males.

Not sure how we will mix and match when we start our next grow.
 
I have in tent Master Kush and Misty Kush feminized from Nirvana..love them. I don't do regular seeds as it takes too much time and effort for me. Learned sexing and done with that..not sex tho LOL. My bad.
I would- having another tent..love to learn how to pollinate and makevstrains..
 
I found it easier to manage if I had fewer strains in one grow. I try to keep it to no more then 2.
 
I'm pretty sure we will probably do 2 each of 2 different strains. I can always do my auto in the basement As that is where all our T5 fixtures are hung. 6400k for veg and 3000k for bloom with some iindependent clf's with cone and clamp attachments.

I'd like to grow a plant outside of the tent environment without the heavy duty LEDs. Seems an auto would be the perfect plant to do that

I have 2 blue dream going right now. They are in week 7 of veg and are nice and healthy. I have done a bit of LST on them and they are pretty bushy because of it. They will be ready to water in the next day or so and will pull some leaves and see how many bud sites I have now. Trouble is, when trying them down so much, you can't tell how tAll they are. I was going to put into flowering at 8 weeks, but we'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll put one in and see how the other one grows. I really need to make room in the veg tent. This LST stuff takes a lot of room.
 
Good choices let us know how they do, and I wanted to ask have you done a durban poison? Me likes the idea but I hear they are hard to grow?
 
Mine arrived not long ago. Thinking I will be an auto master- haha! I got 9 x Northern Lights and 3 x Amnesia Haze - got a skunk #1 auto free and a critical jack fem. gotta think seasons
