newsletter finally arrived 27.5 hours later than usual.

Don't worry, your have done nothing I promise! It's so odd you haven't received the newsletters lately, or that they're coming so lately, and also the forum. Sorry NebulaHaze I just tried and I can't send you a pm as I can't add any text in the message box for private messaging either so I'll give as much detail as I can here.
Device: Asus Vivo tablet (about 4.5 years old)
RAM: 2Gb
Processor: Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad Core CPU 1.3Ghz
OS: windows 8.1RT 32bit
Browser: IE version 11.0.9600.1866
Update version 11.0.42 (KB4018271)
I've tried installing chrome and FF but they're not compatible with this device so I'm stuck with IE. I do have an ancient laptop running Vista with firefox on it I can crank up to try out though. Actually I think I will so I can let you know how that goes.
My current problem is that I can't reply to threads/start threads/write private messages. Basically I can't do anything that uses the usual text box at the bottom of pages, I can however comment on threads. I can't even quote an original post in the thread to try to get something in the usual reply box at the bottom.
This happened once before, maybe a month or so ago but corrected itself somehow after about two days. I first noticed the current problem about 8 hours ago now.
As for the newsleter it usually arrives between about 6.30-9.30pm on sunday my local time. The one on the 14th I received that Sunday at 6.35pm, this weeks i didn't receive until 9.45pm Monday 22nd.
