No flowering !

Hey , this plant has been trying to flower for ages ! About eight weeks . It has long white pistils all over but no budding yet .

Am am I doing something wrong ?

Are you sure you are on a 12/12 light schedule with 0 light leaks?

Give her some more dark time, and make sure that no light leeks in during dark periods

could it be a Sativa ,it looks like its going into bloom and that would account for it taking forever

THhise non serrated leaves look like reveging. Unless it is a pure 20+ week flowering Sativa like OJH said, you have a problem with the light schedule. Try only 10 hours of light a day and make sure there is no light at all during the other 14
