Nirvana payment issues

We ordered from Nirvana and Seedman, using an American credit card. Had no problems. Could just depend on the bank affiliate.

It's nice to hear that so many send cash and have no problems. That does sound a little scary.
 
I remember once I ordered from Herbies and waited 3 weeks, but still no seeds. I got them to resend and the second order arrived in just 6 days. Two weeks later, the first package arrived, a full 6 weeks after the first order! So I lucked out and ended up with twice the seeds. But in the end I think it really depends a lot more on customs and mail service than the seed source.
 
Our seeds from Nirvana came via China EMS. Is this the case with the rest of you? I believe it's part of their stealth shipping. Packages from China almost never get opened for inspection. This can definitely delay the delivery. If you were sent a tracking number via email, there are international tracking sites on the web. It also depends on your port of entry into the U.S. Some locations get backed up more than others. If your package is already in the U.S. the USPS package tracking site will tell you that.

Anyone ever purchased internationally and had most of the seeds do nothing at all? Like they were all dead? If so then you had an uncouth customs person zap your package in a microwave. Can't open a package due to its weight, but they know what's in it from the return address. Hence the microwave.
 
I prefer bitcoin. I'm all about untraceable currency. Easy to setup, easy to use. I've ordered seeds 3 times now using bitcoin. Attitude gives freebies just for using bitcoin. Not junk seeds either, reputable breeder stock. Lots of times, new strains too...
 
I ordered with my CC and was sent a message from them asking my to send them a photo of my CC with the number blocked out. They said is was to prevent theft. I contacted them to make sure they sent the email and they confirmed it. I sent the photo and I got 10 additional freebie seeds from them! I got the 10 seeds I ordered PLUS 20 freebie seeds!
