Nirvana payment issues

I know that nobody can really help but I just want to know if anyone else has had the same issues and if they got resolved.

I ordered and when I tried to pay with my debit card (not pre-paid) it was denied. Checked with my bank and they are not restricting my account.

So I read their payment options screen and it said to try bitcoin. Got signed up and their site say use Coinify. You guessed it. Coinify says they do not support United States transactions. Figured I would call, my cell phone provider says I can't call Europe.

Any suggestions would help, maybe an 800 number?

Just a bad day all around.

They do have pre paid cards marked for use outside the us. They sell them at wally world stores. Make sure you look the card is marked I have used these cards myself they work great!
 
I've gotten all my seeds from Nirvana sent cash money by mail 4 times never had a problem yea u do have to go to the post office and get a special stamp but that's only like 2 dallors
 
Call your card company and tell them you're trying to make an overseas purchase then they will clear it I had to do that with mine as well
 
What seeds are you trying to get from Nirvana? Seedsman carries a few of their strains. They take U.S. bitcoin, and you'll even get free seeds from using bitcoin there (barneys farm pineapple chunk)! I purchased blackjack from them, and all 3 of the ones I've planted so far sprouted.
 
Doing business with international companies is a often a learning curve!
Nirvana has been a great experience for me- they are good at answering questions,emails, inquiries etc.
That said- use a standard credit card and it will be fine!
 
Sorry to hijack your question brother. Wait is hardly bearable, I ordered from nirvana and seedsman, try to have a backup plan. Nirvana shipped 22 and seedsman shipped 25th.
 
Thanks everybody. Just a difficult day. Did get all of my other tools nutes ordered, but then I spent 4 hours with a very difficult person and I had planned to order my seeds and thought I would have an enjoyable end to my day.

Took advice from you good people and mailed them.

I use Circle for my bitcoin account. I only use it to buy seeds. It takes 3-5 days to authorize and you have to send in a pic of your debit card, your driver's licence, and a selfie. I did it 9 months ago and ordered several times using it. Love it. $300/week limit, FYI.
 
Thank you everyone for putting up with my rants. Ordered from Nirvana, sent cash (which I never do) and just received my notification that my new babies are ready to ship. YAY !!!!!
 
Today I get to email nirvana, that the package they said they shipped never made it. but the seedsman I ordered shipped 2 days after nirvana and got here 15 days ago. wonder what they are going to say.
