Need some opinions

I was hoping to get some opinions about my girls. Maybe I'm looking at them and just seeing them in the hps light and it making them look this way but I checked out the sick plant forum and to the best of my knowledge it looks like they all 3 may have a iron deficiency coming on can you all give me some help done really good so far and want to end on a good note thank you in advance.
