I read many things and its confusing i know its not overwatering , is it nitrogen toxicity , or lights or whatever just give me some advice what to do to save my baby pleaseeeeee

How old is your plant? To me it looks like plant is too big for the pot you are using. Have you been using nutrients, checking pH? What is your growing medium?

today 34 days from seed. my pot its like 9'' diameter and 10'' high . i use some cocco fibers with lava crushed stones medium and i added coffe spoon of 8-5-5 to 8 liters of soil ????

Hey man she has a nice color to her...congrats...
looks like maybe a combo of a few things here...the yellow area on leaves looks to me like either your ph is off...and possibly...have you given her any cal-mag as of yet... its not nute burn...the tips of your fan leaves would be yellowing

Your light...is that your only one...if so can you get more..maybe some cfls...the website has a great article on cheap cfl lighting grow...

The EXTREME stretching is due to lack of light...(WATTS)
which is why I asked about your lighting...if nothing can be done with light situation I highly suggest you top her at her highest node off the medium...put light as close as your skin will let you...cut off all fan leaves on all nodes except the ones on the end tips....May sound extreme but you got to give her a reason to grow sideways for you...get some bud sites going...again...your lighting...to get sufficient bud sites...how ever many you may need off her...that one light will make it a slow vegetative grow and also flower blooms won't be the biggest or the most...but you will be able to smoke her up..

Medium looks dry...water or feed with 6ph...going in..and coming out...

Fan leaves point to the direction of the problem area...that's when process of elimination comes to play combined with reading the plant and the leaf status..

Good luck with her...

Don't worry to much. She looks good! Just do what Green tells you and she will do great!

till now i was watering withbottled water so i didnt checked ph, acctually i have 4x23wats cfl (3x6500k) (1x2500k) , two are on a side and two above the plant . i ll send a pic to u to see my lightings . which one fan leaves are on end tips??? what u suggest , are u still into pruning it . or ?

this is my setup . look dark bcs of phone camera4x23wats CFls ( 3x6500k, 1x2500k)

When you say this-do you mean that you are mixing coco and soil? (Two completely different things). Or are you growing in coco only? (as it appears in your photos) and referring to your coco as 'soil', when you mean coco?

As has been mentioned I think already- when growing in coco you generally need to supplement with calcium and magnesium (calmag). And you need to pay attention to ph, unlike with soil grows.

Usually the downward claw is blamed on too much nitrogen- but your plants don't look at all like they're overfed.
Ph issues (high ph IME) can cause it as well and I think that's more likely. Maybe along with the earliest stages of calcium deficiency. Not sure if that's what's causing your little yellow patch- but I suppose it's possible. Early calcium def for me is white spots which eventually turn brown. Ph problems cause any number of weird symptoms because it affects so many growing processes.

But- your plant looks good. Many people would be happy to have plants that nice.

I advise you to hop in your time machine, go forward a few months, grab a bud from the jar, roll it up and relax a bit.

No No , acctually i dont no shit about growing mediums :D , i went and buy some made soil and in the soil was coconnout fibers and lava crushed stones for aeration ) then i added one table spoon of 8-5-5 , and i am watering with botlled water . i dont check for ph , as u see only one plant also first time grower dont want to spend milllions on this grow its more a hoby , although id like to smoke some of it hopefully if its going to be female .
if its old 34 days when should i see preflowers ?
so what do u think now , and how should i add that cal mag .

Still not sure if you're growing in soil or coco (maybe you still have the bag?) -but it sounds like coco/soilless. In which case you'd be best to get some calmag and some way of testing ph. Coco almost always needs extra calmag added.

Coco is not soil.

Hmmm... it sounds to me like it would be best if you did some reading on some of the basics like growing mediums and ph and nutrients. I'm new on this site but I know there are some basic tutorials on growing. I'll look around - but I think most of the people on this thread are more familiar than me with the site and can point you in the right direction.
Calmag is a commercial product containing calcium and magnesium. It's a liquid, usually watered down and added at 3-5 ml/gallon. Some brands contain a lot of nitrogen as well which needs to be factored in.
Some grow and bloom nutrients are sold specially for growing in coco and contain extra cal/mag already.

It should show preflowers soon. Sometimes photo (non-auto) plants won't show till you flip them to 12/12 lighting for flowering.
