Can you use mykos and root stimulator at same time or just use one or the other

It all depends on what’s in the root stimulator. Generally speaking mycorrhizae is a root stimulator in itself so it will do well in the rhyzosphere regardless of what else you put in. But I would say as a general rule that you wouldn’t need anything else.
