Moon Rocks

Hey all. I saw this thing on line called moon rocks. I guess what they are is a nice tight bud, dipped in hash oil, then covered in keif.

The question is has anyone else seen/ heard of smoked/ made any of these?

i have all the ingredients to make some of these and wanted to try. I am not sure how to dip/roll/coat it in the hash oil tho? I have some dry crumble hash oil and I also have some thick sticky more fluid type hash oil. I thought of warming it up a little but wasn't sure how to do it. I don't want a thick glob by coating of oil. Just a thin film, enough to make the keif stick good. Besides anyone that uses hash oil knows you don't need a ton of it lol

Also if anyone has tried these I was wondering how harsh they are. I know smoking hash oil on top of some weed with a lighter makes it really harsh. It's not like smoking it out of a vaporizer or with a dab rig.

Also keif is very harsh. So I would tend to think this product will choke up even the hardened veteran smoker. But as I haven't tried yet idk

Ok thanks. Brushing it makes sense. I could spread it out real thin with a brush like I want to. Now i just gotta find a way to heat my oil so it's gooey.
Are they a really harsh/rough smoke or are they smooth?
Also if you don't mind my asking how much do they cost? I was just curious. We don't have them in my area and don't know what something like that would be worth

I've never tried it but I saw it at the dispensaries. They called it caviar though. Expensive.

Depends on what it is made with and quantity/quality. Needing to test THC/CBD levels to acknowledge bar codes raises the price Plus rent.
Doesn't need to be xexpensive so much without the middle peps
