Making homemade vape From decarb or fresh?

What is the ratio for mixing terps into the vape juice? I want to mix in some up in the last stage before final cartridge.
 
With all of the news lately about the potential cancer risks of overheating dabs, VG and PG...I am just using a good Ghost MV-1 and PAX 3 vape with buds. I like that skinny little straw looking pen and it is a convenient thing to screw together and use, but I am no longer the gambler I may have been. They both have oven temps that are customizable and the concentrates require something the size of a grain of rice.
ON THE OTHER HAND... I still want to see something developed for use in a cartridge
 
Yes, well weed is a plant. One could argue that it was not made for inhaling either...but here we are.
I’m not concerned about these products and my body. This is the same heat transfer fluid alcohols used in food manufacturing. I know they are safe for any type of consumption.
The issue is with high heat combustion. Enough to vaporize the PG.
fortunately for me, none of my vaping equipment could ever reach that high of a temperature. At maximum, I’m still 100F below the danger zone. 😋
